Water
   EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution 1999-16, passed October 14, 1999, authorized the Pennsylvania American Water Company (PAWC) to place fluoride in the water of the residences and businesses of the Borough.
      Resolution 2000-12, passed June 19, 2000, adopted a Drought Contingency Plan for water emergencies in the Borough.
      Copies of these resolutions, and of the Plan, may be obtained, at cost, from the Borough Secretary.
      There are no sections in Chapter 1044. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
