The Borough will supply service for construction, emergency purposes, real estate services, installation of siding, new service, or other meter disconnects and reconnects only when the Borough has available unsold capacity and supplying equipment, subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) charge collected in advance to cover the cost of the supply and discontinuance of such service as well as a charge for the electric used.
