(a) The license required by Section 840.03 shall be posted permanently and conspicuously on the device.
(b) The license issued for any device may be transferred to another device of similar nature in the same or a different location if, and only if, application for the transfer is made in writing to the Secretary/Treasurer at least three days prior to the date on which the transfer is to take place. Any person who transfers a license from one device to another of similar nature, in the same or a different location, without said notice, shall be guilty of a summary offense.
