840.01 MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL AMUSEMENT DEVICE DEFINED.

As used in this chapter, “mechanical or electrical amusement device” means any device, other than a juke box, which, upon insertion of a coin or disc, may be operated for use as a game, entertainment or amusement, whether or not a score is registered or a prize is whether or not a score is registered or a prize is offered.
