Whoever wishes to offer for sale the produce of his or her farm, garden or dairy during a period each year and at specific locations as may be designated and established by Council, annually, shall first obtain a farmers market license from the Secretary/Treasurer. The applicant for a license shall furnish the Secretary/Treasurer with whatever information the Borough may request, and shall agree to offer whatever items for sale at the location and the specific area in that location that may be assigned to him or her at the farmers market area. No license shall be issued until the applicant has paid to the Secretary/Treasurer, for the use of the Borough, a license fee as established by resolution of Council.
