Metered parking lots are hereby established in the following locations in the Borough. Parking meters shall be placed in operation by the deposit of one or more coins of the United States of America, as prescribed by Section 482.05, and the parking rates for the specified lengths of time, as well as the maximum parking time prescribed by Section 484.01, shall apply at all times between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and shall not apply on all Federal holidays.
