1486.15   PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE; CERTIFICATION.
   (a)   Application. A permit from the Building Inspector shall be required before a sign of any kind can be erected, altered or enlarged, and for all nonconforming signs. The application shall be accompanied by, but not limited to, the following:
      (1)   A statement of permission granted by the owner of the property for erection of the sign on said property, if the owner and applicant are not the same.
      (2)   The location of the sign on the property relative to buildings and property lines and driveways.
      (3)   A copy of the drawing from which the contractor will create and erect or alter the sign.
   (b)   Fees. The fee for sign permits shall be established from time to time by resolution of Council.
   (c)   Certification. Every sign in the Borough shall be licensed and/or certified at the time the permit is issued. (See Section 1486.17 .)
   (d)   Duration. The duration of a sign permit shall be in accordance with the permit requirements on file at the Borough Municipal Building.
