(a) If the limitations contained herein obstruct or hinder the visibility of a sign, an applicant may request a dimensional modification with the Building Inspector by submitting an application and paying the non-refundable associated fee on file at the Borough Municipal Building.
(b) Upon receiving the application, Borough Council shall provide the opportunity at their regularly scheduled meeting for the applicant to express their rationale for the modification and demonstrate that the modification does not create any public safety hazards or change the character of the neighborhood. Upon this meeting discussion, Borough Council shall grant or deny the dimensional modification within 45 days.
