§ 52.097  VIOLATIONS; REMEDIES; LIABILITY.
   (A)   No unauthorized person shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, damage, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment that is a part of the municipal sewage works.  Any person who violates this provision commits a class B ordinance violation.
   (B)   Any person found to be violating any provision of §§ 52.020et seq., 52.035et seq., 52.055et seq., 52.075et seq., or 52.095, shall be served by the town with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof.  The offender shall permanently cease all violations within the period of time stated in the notice.
   (C)   Any person who continues any violation beyond the time limit provided for in division (B) commits a class C ordinance violation. 
   (D)   Any person violating any of the provisions as named in division (B) above shall become liable to the town for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned by the town by reason of that violation.
