§ 51.20  CONNECTIONS OUTSIDE TOWN LIMITS.
   No person shall directly or indirectly make any connections with or openings into the water system or appurtenance owned or operated by the town for the purpose of serving any areas outside the corporate boundaries of the town, without first executing a waiver of protest of annexation.  All persons who are fee simple owners of all of the real estate to be serviced must execute the waiver of protest of annexation, which shall be acknowledged and recorded, and shall run with the land and be binding on the owners’ successors in interest.
