§ 97.066 PROCEDURE FOR TRANSFER.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or transfer any lot in the city cemetery without first obtaining the consent and approval of the Superintendent. A copy of the new deed shall be returned to the Town Hall for appropriate recording.
