§ 97.062 FURTHER PROVISIONS AS TO SALE TO NON-RESIDENTS.
   Except as otherwise provided in this subchapter, the purchase price of cemetery lots are hereby fixed by the Town Board of Commissioners at a price at least 50% higher to persons residing outside the corporate limits of the town than to persons residing within the corporate limits of the town, irrespective of ownership of property within the town.
