§ 97.043 MARKERS TO BE AT GRADE LEVEL.
   There shall be a four-inch concrete "Skirt" around all stones installed (Head stones, foot stones. Corner stones, monuments) with said "skirt" installed and maintained flush and level with surrounding ground.
