§ 97.020 REMOVAL OR PRUNING WHEN PLANTS DETRIMENTAL.
   If any trees, shrubs, or other plants situated in any lot shall, by means of their encroaching roots or branches, become detrimental to the adjacent lots, driveways or walks, the Superintendent is authorized and empowered to enter onto lot and remove or trim any trees or shrubs that have become objectionable.
