§ 97.004 SUPERINTENDENT A SPECIAL POLICEMEN TO EJECT VIOLATORS.
   The Superintendent may be sworn as a special policeman with full power to arrest intruders and depredators, and any person willfully violating any of the cemetery rules or regulations or ordinances may be ejected from the grounds by the Superintendent.
