§ 97.003 PROMULGATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF RULES.

The Town Manager is authorized, subject to approval of the Town Board of Commissioners, to make and carry out and enforce suitable rules and regulations for the operation and maintenance of the city cemetery not inconsistent with this chapter. It shall be unlawful for any person to fail, neglect, or refuse to comply with such rules.
