§ 130.50 LOITERING UPON THE PREMISES OR PARKING LOT OF BUSINESS AFTER HOURS.
   It shall be unlawful to loiter, singularly or in large numbers, upon the premises or parking lot of any store, restaurant, theater, shop, warehouse or other business establishment after the store, restaurant, theater, shop, warehouse or other business establishment has closed its doors to the public and is no longer serving the public, when the store, restaurant, theater, shop, warehouse or other business establishment has posted one or more signs in plain and open view on its buildings or driveway entrances forbidding the loitering or use of its premises by vehicular traffic or by persons on foot after cessation of its business activity for the day.

§ 130.51 LOITERING IN THE STREETS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person not having any legitimate business at the time, to loiter or congregate or loaf on the streets in the town between the hours of 12:00 midnight and sunrise.

§ 130.52 LOITERING AROUND BUSINESS HOUSES.
   It shall be unlawful to loiter on any street, or about any public place, so as to interfere with the free passage of pedestrians using the sidewalks.

§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of § 130.02 shall upon conviction be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of G.S. § 14-4.
   (C)   Any person in violation of § 130.35 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not to exceed $500 or imprisoned for not more than six months or both.
   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of § 130.36 shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500; provided, however, the minimum fine shall be greater than $50.
   (E)   Any person, firm, corporation or organization violating the provisions of § 130.37 shall upon conviction be responsible for an infraction and shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of G.S. § 14-4. A violation of § 130.37 is a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a $50 fine.
   (F)   Violation of § 130.50 shall be a misdemeanor and punishable on a conviction by a fine not exceeding $50 or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, as provided by G.S. § 14-4.
   (G)   Any person violating the provisions of § 130.51 shall upon conviction be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of G.S. § 14-4.
