DISORDERLY CONDUCT AND OTHER OFFENSES
It shall be unlawful to disturb any public meeting or exhibition or place of public amusement by words, acts or otherwise.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to drink any beer, wine, whiskey or other intoxicating beverage while on a public parking lot, public street, public alleyway or public sidewalk or while in a vehicle which is on a public parking lot, public street, public alleyway or public sidewalk in the town.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, except wholesale dealers making lawful delivery of beer and wine to retailers, to have in his or her possession any beer, wine, whiskey or other intoxicating beverage, the label of which is visible, while on a public parking lot, public street, public alleyway or public sidewalk in the town.

DAMAGING PROPERTY
It shall be unlawful to injure or deface any sign, advertisements, post or billboard which has been lawfully installed, placed or erected upon any street, sidewalk or public place.
