§ 72.08 PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES IN DESIGNATED PLACES.
   When signs are placed, erected or installed giving notice thereof, or the curbing has been painted yellow in lieu of the signs, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets described in Chapter 74, Schedule I.
