   (B)   Parking on privately owned business property. It shall be unlawful for anyone to park any vehicle or allow any vehicle to remain parked at any time on any part of the below described property except while the person so parking any vehicle or allowing the vehicle to remain parked on the property is using the wash bays while actively washing the vehicles and except while parking near the outside vacuum while actively vacuuming the vehicles.
