(A) Whoever violates § 132.08 shall be fined not more than $300.

(B) Whoever violates any provision of §§ 132.20 through 132.31 shall, upon judicial determination thereof, be fined a sum not less than $50 nor more than $2,500 in costs of prosecution. Each violation of this subchapter constitutes a separate offense. Owners of fee interests, owners of recorded equitable interests, and tenants are jointly and severally liable for each offense.
