§ 132.31  INJUNCTIVE POWER.
   As stated in I.C. 32-30-7-7 and 32-30-8-10, the City Attorney may proceed in court to abate or enjoin any suspected illegal activity as identified herein that constitutes a nuisance as defined at I.C. 32-30-7-7 and 32-30-8-10.
