§ 132.20 PURPOSE.
   When real estate is used for the sale, use, concealment or delivery of illegal drugs or controlled substances, increased criminal activity often occurs in the neighborhood surrounding the real estate, increased pedestrian and/or vehicle traffic occurs in the neighborhood, and the peace, health and safety of residents living in the neighborhood is often disturbed. Further, the Council finds it to be in the best interests of the residents of the city and the general public to provide for the regulation of conduct stated herein that it deems to be offensive, to prevent vice, disorder and immorality; and to promote public peace, health and safety, and to this end, the Council enacts this subchapter.
