The original application shall be placed on file in the City Controller’s office. One copy shall be retained by the Chief of Police, and the third copy shall be sent to the Better Business Bureau. Suitable evidence of the issuance of the license shall be given to each applicant by the City Controller. The license fee which shall be charged by the City Controller for the license shall be $10.
