§ 114.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 114.01 through 114.12 shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $100.

   (B)   Any person or organization found to be in violation of § 114.20 shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $100.  Each day that unlawful solicitation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
