§ 97.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person found to be in violation of any of the provisions of §§ 97.001 through 97.018 shall be subject to the following actions by the Board:
      (1)   Revocation of an issued excavation permit and an order to restore the street in accordance with §§ 97.016 and 97.017;
      (2)   Suspension of an excavation permit or an application for a period of not more than 1 year from the date of Board action; and/or
      (3)   Fine not more than $1,000; and/or
      (3)   Cite into city court, or the appropriate court having jurisdiction.

   (B)   Any person who violates §§ 97.025 through 97.029 shall be fined not less than $20, nor more than $200, plus court costs.

   (C)   Any person found to be obstructing public ways in violation of § 97.040 shall fined not less than $1 and not more than $100.

   (D)   Any person found to be loitering and/or obstructing passage in business district in violation of § 97.041 shall be fined not less than $1 and not more than $100.
