§ 51.166 DEFINITIONS.
   Unless otherwise defined in this subchapter, the terms and phrases shall be defined as follows:
   CITY. The City of Elkhart, Indiana.
   DESIGNATED AREA. The area bounded by West Lusher Avenue, Seventeenth Street, Markle Avenue, Eighteenth Street, Leininger Avenue, and State Road 19, as described in the city's Southwest Industrial Economic Development Plan, dated July 15, 2000 and shown in Exhibit A to this subchapter.
   PUBLIC SEWER. A sewer owned and maintained by the city for the collection of sanitary wastewater.
   RESIDENTIAL USE. The R-1, One-Family Dwelling District permitted uses described in § 151.045.
   SANITARY WASTEWATER. The liquid and water-carried waste from residences, commercial buildings, industrial plants, institutions, and other places that is transported by sewers and is primarily composed of human and household waste.
   SEWER USE AND RATE REGULATIONS. Sections 51.025 et seq. and any subsequent amendments thereto.
