An application for a license under this chapter shall be made in conformity with the general requirements of this code relating to applications for licenses. Such application shall state the number of self-service coin, token, slug or card swipe operated machines proposed to be used in said business for the washing, drying, dry cleaning or other laundry or dry cleaning processes. The license fees for a laundry, laundromat or dry cleaning establishment shall be as set forth in section 3-1-6 of this title.
