§ 153.999 PENALTY.
   Penalties for non-compliance with orders and notices and citations shall be as set forth as listed in the city’s Code Enforcement Board ordinance enacted by Ord. 09-2003 as amended or as set forth in any other duly enacted ordinance adopted by the City Council relating to fines and penalties for violations.
