Drainage of roofs and paved areas, yards and courts and other open areas on the premises shall not be discharged in a manner that creates a public nuisance. Drainage should be discharged to dedicated drainage easements. Complaints of illicit discharges shall be investigated by the city’s Storm Water Department, pursuant to City Ord. 21-2008, as amended.
