§ 153.080 AUTHORITY.

Whenever the Code Official or his or her designee finds any work regulated by this chapter or any referenced code being performed in a manner contrary to the provisions of this chapter or any referenced code or in a dangerous or unsafe manner, the Code Official or his or her designee is authorized to issue a stop work order.
