§ 153.022 DEPUTIES.
   In accordance with the prescribed procedures of the city and with the concurrence of the appointing authority, the Code Official shall have the authority to appoint staff members of the Department and other city departments as deputies. Such employees shall have powers as delegated by the Code Official.
