§ 114.06 CONSUMPTION OR POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   With the exception of a permissible event or private party, or a restaurant or business premises that possesses a valid ABC license under Ord. 17-2001 or Ord. 12-2002 or Ord. 22-2011, it shall be unlawful for any person on the premises of a commercial business establishment or public property to drink any intoxicating beverages, either in or out of a motor vehicle, or to possess any open bottle or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverages.
