3-1-6: ISSUANCE AND TERM OF LICENSE:
The city clerk-treasurer shall collect all license fees and shall issue licenses in the name of the city to all persons qualified under the provisions of this chapter and shall use such forms as adopted by the city council. Such license shall expire on the date specified in the ordinance governing the specific license. (2013 Code)
