2-5-3: MEETINGS OF THE COMMITTEE:
   A.   The Committee shall meet monthly during the months of January through May and August and November.
   B.   Special meetings may be called as needed.
   C.   Meetings shall be conducted during normal business hours and subject to the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, Title 25, O.S. sections 301-314. (Ord. 21-06, 5-11-2021)
