A. The City recognizes that healthy communities have an active and engaged citizenry. The Civic Engagement and Outreach Committee shall advise the Mayor and City Council on strategies, including possible events, programs and participation opportunities, to engage citizens to ultimately benefit the growth and economic development of the City.
