A. Appointment; Terms: There is hereby created a Civic Engagement and Outreach Committee, consisting of five (5) members who shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to the approval of a majority of the City Council. Among the membership, the Mayor shall select one (1) individual to serve as Chairperson of the Committee.
B. Each member shall be appointed for a three (3) year term and shall serve until their respective successors have been appointed and qualified; provided that no individual shall be appointed to serve in excess of three (3) terms. Any appointed member of this Committee may be removed from membership by a majority of the City Council, with or without cause. (Ord. 21-25, 6-8-2021)
