A. The design of each new subdivision shall be prepared in accordance with the principles established by the community plan for the city, and with the minimum standards of these and other regulations.
B. The arrangement of lots, blocks and the street system should be designed to make the most advantageous use of topography and natural physical features. The system of sidewalks, roadways and the lot layout should be designed to take advantage of the visual qualities of the area. (Ord. 1-10-85, 1-10-1985, eff. 2-10-1985)
