12-2-4: SPECIAL PROCEDURES:
Procedures for the following types of subdivisions shall be as provided in chapter 1 of this title:
   A.   Lot splits.
   B.   Lot line adjustments.
   C.   Planned unit development.
   D.   Mobile home subdivision.
   E.   Resubdivision.
   F.   Undeveloped plats.
