12-2-3: SUBDIVISION PROCESS:
The subdivision process prescribed in this title shall consist of three (3) phases:
   A.   Sketch plat;
   B.   Preliminary plat (and improvement plans); and
   C.   Final plat. (Ord. 1-10-85, 1-10-1985, eff. 2-10-1985)
