12-2-1: PLAT APPROVAL:
For all cases of subdivision within the scope of this title, a plat shall be drawn and submitted to the planning commission and the city council (if the subdivision is within the city limits), for their approval or disapproval. (Ord. 1-10-85, 1-10-1985, eff. 2-10-1985)
