A. Building Permit Issuance: No building permit shall be issued for any new structure or change, improvement, or alteration of any existing structure on any tract of land in a subdivision filed or recorded after the effective date of this title, which does not comply with all the provisions of this title.
B. Penalty Imposed: A violation of this title shall be deemed an offense and shall be punishable by fine. Any person, firm or corporation which violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this title shall be fined in an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each day a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1-10-85, 1-10-1985, eff. 2-10-1985)
