A. This title shall hereafter be known, cited and referred to as the SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, OKLAHOMA.
B. The regulations of this title governing the subdivision and development of land within the jurisdictional area of the Elgin municipal planning commission have been prepared, adopted and enacted by ordinance 1-10-85 in accordance with, and pursuant to the authority granted by, 11 Oklahoma Statutes sections 45-104, 46-103 and 46-104, and subsequent amendments thereto.
