A. Offense: A violation of this title shall be deemed an offense and shall be punishable by fine.
B. Penalty Imposed: Any person, firm or corporation who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this title shall be fined not more than the amount specified in section 1-4-2 of this Code for each offense. Each day upon which a violation is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
C. Remedial Action: In case any building or structure or land is constructed, altered, converted, maintained or used in violation of this title, the City, in addition to other remedies available, may institute any proper action or proceedings to prevent such unlawful activities, in order to restrain, correct or abate such violation.
