A. Standards Adopted: The zoning standards contained in this title, together with all amendments, shall officially constitute the zoning regulations of the city, as adopted by ordinance 13-09 effective July 9, 2013.
B. Statutory Authority: The zoning standards contained herein, together with all subsequent amendments, have been prepared, adopted and enacted pursuant to the authority granted the city by the Oklahoma state legislature in 11 Oklahoma Statutes sections 43-101 through 43-109, 44-101 through 44-110, and 45-101 through 45-104.
