A. Adopt Rules; Public Record: The planning commission shall prescribe and adopt rules and regulations governing the transaction of business, and shall keep a public record of all regulations, transactions and findings.
B. Meetings:
1. Regular meetings of the planning commission shall be scheduled at least once each month.
2. Special and emergency meetings may be called by the chairman of the commission, in accordance with the state open meetings law. (1991 Code § 15-3)
