1-9-1: ORGANIZATION OF COURT:
   A.   Date Of Operation: This chapter shall govern the organization and operation of the Municipal Court of the City, as put into operation and continued by resolution duly passed and filed, in accordance with State law, on and after July 6, 1970.
   B.   Controlling Provisions: To the extent of conflict between any provisions of this chapter and the provisions of any other ordinance of the City, the provisions of this chapter shall control. (1991 Code § 11-1)
