1-8-1: BOND REQUIREMENTS:
The city council shall, by ordinance, require the city clerk-treasurer and any officer or employee to give bond for the faithful performance of his duties within ten (10) days after his election or appointment. (1991 Code § 1-185; amd. 2013 Code)
