1-5-4: POLICY ON DISCRIMINATION:
It shall be the policy of the municipal government that no person shall be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, genetic information or disability, unless the city can demonstrate that accommodation for the disability would impose an undue hardship on the operation of the business of the city. (1991 Code § 1-12; amd. 2013 Code)
