4-1-7: PRIVATE NUISANCES; POSSIBLE REMEDIES:
   A.   Definition: Every nuisance not included in section 4-1-6 of this chapter is a private nuisance.
   B.   Possible Remedies: The possible remedies against a private nuisance are:
      1.   Civil action; and
      2.   Abatement:
         a.   By the person injured; or
         b.   By the city, in accordance with state law or ordinance. (1991 Code § 12-6)
